Where is the model number on my machine?

Generally most machines display the model number on the bottom right corner of the machine. on occasion the model number will be located on the back of the machine or just inside the throat area. See the diagram for a visual.

For shipping your orders, we use the best and most mutually beneficial method of transport for you and for us. Our standard shipping courier is with UPS at this time. We will prepare and ship your order as soon as humanly possible. This will often be same day or next day. We commit to shipping your order within 1-3 business days.

Machine/Equipment Purchases
Regardless of amount, cost, or account standing All Machinery or Equipment must be paid for in Full to be accepted as ordered. If a machine or equipment needs to be ordered Payment in Full is required before it is ordered from our supplier. Thank you for your cooperation.
Returns
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Product must be unopened, in original packaging and in the same condition as on date purchased. Return period is 7 days from date of purchase. No returns on Special Order items, Sale items, Clearance items, Thread, or Needles. All returns are subject to Management approval and restocking fees where applicable.
