Service Call Repair

If needed we are able to travel to your location to service your machines.
Pricing: 
  • Local Service Call: (Within salt lake Valley)   $200.00 
  • Non-Local Service Call (Outside Salt Lake Valley) $1.50 Per Mile Round Trip
Labor:
  • Labor per hour on site: $100.00

In House Repair (At Our Shop)

An in House Repair includes the following:
  • Complete tune up. We ensure all items are in time
  • Clean machine inside and out
  • Sew off to test and show machine is in working order
Things to bring with you:
  • Machine head complete
    • Feet
    • Bobbin
    • Bobbin case
    • power cord & Foot Pedal (If Applicable)​
  • Spool of thread *
  • Sample of fabric you are using *
 * Items are optional. If you do not provide the thread and fabric we will set the machine back to factory settings. 
Pricing:
  • Industrial & Residential Drop Feed Sewing Machines: $125.00 Computerized +$50
  • Industrial Walking Foot: $150.00 Computerized +$50
  • Industrial & Residential Sergers & Cover Stitches: $155.00 Computerized +$50
  • Long Arm Quilting Machines: $155.00
  • Bag closer: $150.00 
  • Barudan Embroidery Machines: Service Call Only
Pricing may vary and does not include parts or extensive service. If bill exceeds the base amount listed due to parts or additional labor we will notify you before proceeding. 
Note: We are unable to service every make and model of machine due to a variety of reasons. Please contact us to find out if we can assist you.

Rapid Repair

If you need your machine fast our rapid repair service is for you. We have a night repairman come in to work on just your machine.
Turnaround Time: 
  • 24-48 Hours Not including weekends and Holidays. (Time may vary due to multiple rapid repairs, and parts that are not in stock.)
Pricing:
  • All Machines $100 more that standard pricing above.
Pricing does not include parts or extensive service.
